Georgia MLS, as we are members of both. Some

agents try to cut costs by only using one, but that

minimizes the exposure of your home. This will

maximize the exposure of your home to other real

estate agents in the area.


Your home will also be advertised on the top real

estate websites online, such as Zillow, Realtor.com,

Trulia and hundreds more.


We will create a custom web page set up for your

home on our website. We will then market your home

on social media platforms with paid ads specifically

targeted at likely home buyers.


Our pre-marketing, and official launch of your home

is geared to provide a frenzy of interest about your

home in order to achieve as much competition

as possible for buyers, resulting in the best possible

sale price, with the best terms for you.

Sell Without Listing

THE ALL-CASH OFFER OPTION

Some homeowners don’t want to deal with the hassle

of listing their home and dealing with showings and

offers. For those sellers, they have the option to sell to

investors for a cash offer. That program allows us to

submit images of the interior and exterior of your home

allowing you to pick the time you want to close and
