Living In Hoschton Georgia

 If you're looking to move to Hoschton, GA, and want to know the best neighborhoods to consider, then Stonewater Creek is definitely worth taking a look at.  This tour is early December, so the grass is starting to go into hibernation, the trees have changed colors and most have lost their leaves.  As we pan to the right you'll see the section that looks bare with no trees. That is the Park at Stonewater Creek. It's the newest section that Chaffin is still building. They are planting some trees but the other trees have about a 10-14 year head start on these trees.  Next, as we enter the community you'll see that you don't immediately see driveways and houses. You go down this main street that puts you closer to the heart of the neighborhood. This gives the community a larger feel and in my opinion, a little more of an elegant feel. The amenities include 4 lighted tennis courts, a beautiful clubhouse and a large pool with 2 water mushrooms for small children, and a slide.  As we start to drive the streets, once again you'll notice some Christmas decorations, but you'll also notice that there is a lot of stone and brick, as well as 3 car garages. This community also only offers side-facing garages, except in some of the newer models where the 3rd car may face the street. This community also has some hills in it allowing for a majority of the homes to have basements.  These homes started being built in 2007 and construction was slowed during the mortgage meltdown that happened shortly after that, leaving a handful of homes being built each year until the market recovered and we are still seeing construction being done today.
